Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 13, 2026

Future Path Advising ("we," "our," or "us") operates futurepathadvising.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage our independent college and career advising services.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us:

  • Contact Details: Your name, email address, phone number, and any details you provide when filling out our "Request a free consultation" form or emailing us directly.
  • Student Information: General information regarding a student's grade level, academic interests, or goals shared during the consultation signup or advising process.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule your free consultation.
  • Provide personalized college, admissions, and career advising services.
  • Email secure invoice and payment links for our services.
  • Send updates, pricing information, or administrative notices regarding our services.

3. Third-Party Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. However, we share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in running our business:

  • Payment Processing (Stripe): Payments are processed off-site. When you purchase a package, we email you a direct payment link hosted securely by Stripe. Future Path Advising never collects, stores, or handles your credit card numbers or financial account details. Stripe uses and processes your personal data in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If you click an external link to pay an invoice via Stripe, that third-party platform may use cookies to process your transaction and prevent fraud in accordance with their own policies.

To preserve an unfinished consultation form while you navigate our Site, we temporarily store the information you enter in your browser's session storage. This draft remains on your device, is not sent to us until you submit the form, and is deleted when you close the browser tab or successfully submit the form.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are directed toward high school students and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can promptly delete it.

Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: September 13, 2026

Welcome to Future Path Advising (futurepathadvising.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our independent college, admissions, and career advising services ("Services"). By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Future Path Advising provides independent consulting, strategy, and guidance for college and career planning. While we provide expert resources and advice to maximize admissions and career opportunities, we do not guarantee admission to any specific college, university, or program, nor do we guarantee specific financial aid or employment outcomes. All final admissions decisions and application submissions are the sole responsibility of the student and client.

2. Fees and Up-Front Payment Processing

  • Up-Front Payments: To secure your advising package, hourly sessions, or consultations, all payments must be collected in full up front before any services are rendered.
  • Payment via Stripe: All fees are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By entering your payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.
  • Pricing Changes: Future Path Advising reserves the right to modify service pricing at any time. Any changes will not apply retroactively to already purchased service contracts or active advising packages.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

  • 24-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled advising appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a missed session fee or the forfeiture of that package hour.
  • Refund Policy: Because our services involve highly personalized strategy, time, and intellectual property, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed advising sessions, partially used multi-session packages, or digital resources once an up-front purchase is completed.

4. Client Responsibilities

The success of our advising depends heavily on active client participation. Clients and students agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding academic history and achievements.
  • Meet agreed-upon deadlines for essays, application drafts, and information requests.
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Path Advising, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website or your admissions outcomes.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Oklahoma.
